About Us

ABOUT THE WINERY

In Eden Winery the wine production has started in 2014, the first harvest was in 2017, and the first bottles were filled in 2018. Since then, by carefully maintaining the vineyards and using top equipment for processing and production, we constantly strive to keep the quality of our wines at the highest level.

The entire production plant is designed according to the most modern technologies, and in the barrique room we use the highest quality French barriques both for red and white varieties.

OUR HISTORY

2013/14

The Begining

Our story begins in 2013, when the property was bought and cleared, and in 2014, the first vineyard was planted.

The vineyard was planted on an area of about 7ha with varieties: semillon, sauvignon blanc and chardonnay from white, as well as merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc from red.

2016

Winery construction

The foundation for Eden Winery was laid in 2016. Contemporary design is completely integrated into the unreal nature that surrounds the building.

Between the mountains of Kosmaj and Bukulja, there is a specific wind rose, which creates ideal conditions for a quality crop. The composition of the land is diverse, which allows us a range of activities both in agricultural technology and in further oenological activities during wine production.

2017

The first harvest

The first crop in the winery was accepted and processed in 2017. This is the moment when our story becomes rounded and tangible.

Since the production plant is right next to the vineyard, the time from the harvested grapes to their processing is reduced to a minimum, which greatly contributes to the quality of the final product.

2020/2021

Opening for visitors

The opening of Eden Winery for visitors is planned for the beginning of 2021.

The building itself rises imposingly in the center of the estate, while the neverending vineyard surrounds it. The production plant and barrique room are located underground, while the tasting room is being prepared and will soon be open to visitors.
